The Results!
After 24 years of conducting customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of clients, Scotinform decided to conduct its own customer satisfaction survey with our independent interviewer completing 22 telephone interviews in November 2008.

Eighteen of the 22 clients interviewed stated they were "very satisfied" with Scotinform's performance in terms of availability of study team, communication on progress of research, completion of project timescales and value for money. The remaining four clients were "satisfied" with our performance.

All clients stated they were likely to use Scotinform's services again and recommend our services to others.

When clients were asked to think of words (unprompted) to describe Scotinform they mentioned words such as "trustworthy", "professional", "HUGE likeability", "experienced" and "sophisticated".
When Scotinform included the question "If Scotinform was a biscuit, what biscuit would it be?" in the study we never expected to be compared to an array of different biscuits from good quality Scottish biscuits to M&S biscuits.
