Originally from the United States, Heather is a Sociology graduate from Virginia Tech and spent a portion of her undergrad in Scotland as an exchange student. Not being able to stay away, she completed her post-grad in Glasgow gaining an MRes in Social Research from the University of Strathclyde.

Since joining Scotinform, Heather has been involved in a variety of studies utilising her online research skills for staff surveys, customer satisfaction studies and brand research.  

With a personal interest in international relations, she enjoys travelling and experiencing new places and people. She keeps up to date with celebrity gossip and has a soft spot for her two English bulldogs, Maxwell and Maggie, and two cats, Darby and Molly! She enjoys seeing every film possible at the cinema with her boyfriend and makes stained glass in her spare time.
